6 Week Nutritional & Fitness Challenge
MYSTERY MEMBER BLOGS THE CHALLENGE
"When I accepted Hot Springs Health and Fitness’s “Dare to Be Lean” Challenge, I had never been to a fitness club. My Body Mass Index was unhealthy and blood pressure was too high. After six weeks of fun, intense workouts, my BMI dropped two points and blood pressure fell into normal range. I lost 10 pounds and a total of 9.75 inches. I Zumba’ed, cycled, sculpted, yoga’ed, and walked up two mountains. The biggest mountain to overcome, though, was myself: I climbed out of a rut and got moving again. Thanks, HSHF, for showing me how to focus on my health – my family has a happier, healthier Mom!"

Fitness and Nutrition Boot Camp
This class is perfect for both men and women that want to tone up, lose those extra pounds or to gain muscle and endurance. You will learn proper nutrition and you will receive personal attention from three personal fitness trainers.
Boot Camp classes are 5 days a week. Fitness evaluations and body fat calculations are taken when you start the program.
You will have access to an online weight management program with personalized meal recommendations and daily calorie tracking. Each class will have a mixture of cardio and resistance training. Instructors are Nichole Jones, Richard Webb and Mike Griffin.
Schedule: Mon-Fri from 6pm-7pm
- HSHF now offers laundry and dry cleaning service. In
conjunction with Pointe Cleaners you now can drop your laundry or dry
cleaning off at the front desk and pick it up the next day. A price
list is available at the desk.
