Hot Springs Health and Fitness is committed to provide a healthy, happy, environment for your children. All of our policies are designed to insure both the safety and well-being of your child and we take our responsibility very seriously. Children ages 3 months - 12 years old are welcomed! Child Care Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - Noon & 4 p.m. - 7p.m.
• Friday: 8 a.m. - Noon
• Saturday: 8 a.m. - Noon
• Sunday: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
