Description:(Hat-ha) Are your muscles tight and sore? Do you feel tired much of the time? Deep stretching (asanas) combined with breathing (pranayama) exercises and meditation bring balance to your body & mind. Yoga tones the muscles, strenghtens your bones, and gives you great flexibility. You will feel refreshed after this class. Modifications given for all levels of flexibility. with Frances (LOE 1-2)
