Description:Anyone can spin. This is a class where you can really do you own thing. Resistance and degree of difficulty are up to you. You are encouraged to work at your own pace, not your neighbor's. This is a mega calorie burning class. Depending on your weight, size & intensity, you can burn up to 850 calories. w/Carla
